Dragonhart Construction Enterprise, Inc. is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are a general contractor AAA licensed by the Philippine Contractors’ Accreditation Board (PCAB). Dragonhart was established in 2004. The company started with a single water pipe-laying project along the busiest streets of Tondo, Manila, which later became kilometers and kilometers of pipelines, several pump stations and thousands of house service connections installed all over the region.
