Asociación con Valores is a nonprofit organization working for labor reintegration & entrepreneurship of excluded groups. We strongly believe that many of actual social problems could be solved with the support of business. Asociación con Valores wants to be the bridge between business & social world. Our goal is to, step by step, get closer both spheres. Asociación con Valores is formed by business professionals who want to share their know-how to create a fairest society. Our mission is to generate employment opportunities for excluded groups of society based on our important business contacts. Our business vision is a crucial and fundamental to match with social organizations, allowing us – together – to identify, generate and boost work opportunities. Social NGOs work on different fields as: health, housing, education & training, employment search, etc. while Asociación con Valores supports excluded groups on their last step to social reintegration, get a job, with our business contacts. We deeply support networking within social and business spheres. AcV’s mission is to create a social incubator for excluded groups, in which different profiles from business world: entrepreneurs, business associations, universities, technology centers, public institutions, etc. will cooperate to give professional and specialized support in the creation of new companies. Those companies will be created and managed by excluded people, but supported by the top-high business sector professionals.
