We have made studies of traditional Island Architecture and from this wealth of background information, have been able to develop the use of traditional design elements in a contemporary way to produce an updated Caribbean Architectural style. We are cognizant of the deteriorating global environment and apply the principles of Green Design to our Architecture and Design projects. The Green Building Design Movement offers an unprecedented opportunity to respond to the many environmental challenges of our time including the dependence on non-sustainable energy sources. As policy, we design buildings that make efficient use of tropical design principles for energy conservation. We embrace technology at every stage of a project, utilizing current version software to produce 3-D project modeling, full colour presentation drawings, detailed design, working drawings and specifications in BIM workflows with downstream IFC support.
