Everyone should have the opportunity to live in a safe, healthy, affordable home The Consortium is a nonprofit association of over 50 organizations who develop, build, finance, or manage affordable housing in Pierce County, or support its availability in other ways. Members include nonprofit housing developers and providers (both private and public), builders, financial institutions, government entities, advocates, individuals, and support service providers. The mission of the AHC is to advocate for expanded opportunities for nonprofit corporations and others to finance, produce, and manage housing for low-income people.
