SIA ‘’Selva Būve’’ was founded on 1 June, 2004. The founder of the company and the chairman of the board is Rolands Orlovskis. The key area of its activity is managing and performing building construction in the following fields: construction of new industrial and public buildings and residential development; reconstruction and renovation of buildings; construction works for improvement of energy efficiency; water management construction works; managing building disassembly works; concreting, industrial flooring; projecting works. Since the startup the company has built and reconstructed more than 80 buildings and engineering constructions. Among the constructed sites there are multi-storied dwelling houses, office and storage buildings, filling stations, industrial buildings, trading centres and parking lots. The quality of the projects implemented by “Selva Būve” has been acknowledged by our clients. The company is performing engineering communication works of topical interest in different regions of Latvia, ensuring the improvement of the quality of life of the people – water management construction works, as well as energy efficiency improvement projects. The company ensures full implementation of the project – manages projecting, organizes all construction processes, guaranteeing qualitative work throughout the implementation of the project, as well as fulfilling the warranty liabilities.
