Carers Matter Norfolk - a service to support Norfolk's 94,000 unpaid carers. Led and shaped by carers, empowering and enabling them to improve their lives, Carers Matter Norfolk gives carers access to support by (freephone) telephone, online and in person in their local community. Hidden and disengaged carers are particularly sought out, ensuring they have access to appropriate support at an early stage to prevent crisis.
