Graham Staging and Design transforms the rooms of a home to appeal to potential buyers and inspire them to purchase. Working directly with homeowners and listing agents, we create designs that are warm and inviting. Our design approach is to give homes a look and feel that are beautiful and you can imagine living in. At GSD, we believe that staging a home does not mean it should feel staged. We begin by using high-quality furnishings, rugs, artwork, and accessories and adding personal touches throughout. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible, ensuring our clients that they are working with professionals that are reliable and trustworthy. We assess each property and determine the pieces that will draw out a home’s potential to prospective buyers; helping them to visualize their lives in a beautifully curated space. The company was founded in 2018 by Patricia Graham who began helping Realtors and homeowners facilitate the process, taking home from listing to sold in record time. Patti Graham has a passion for beautiful design. After more than 30-year career in real estate with 25 years at Fidelity National Title as a vice president, Patti followed that passion and launched Graham Staging and Design. Prior to launching GSD, she began working as a Realtor. As a staging professional, Patti’s experience and in-depth understanding of the real estate process give her a unique perspective on what it takes to sell a home. Patti is a certified graduate of Home Staging Resources and a member of Staggers Connect. The Arizona native currently resides in Scottsdale with her husband and works with clients throughout the Valley.
