We are a registered charity that will operate as a not-for-profit Organisation All our memberships have no minimum fixed term and are 1 month rolling contracts Our aim is to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of the residents of Gamlingay and surrounding areas As well as operating the gym, we continue to offer the MultiUse Games Area (MUGA) for hire for football, tennis, hockey and netball We plan to improve and update current gym equipment and facilities as we grow our membership and will roll out a sustainable development plan, putting all profits generated towards supporting an increasingly wider cross-section of the community We also offer the SCDC 'Active & Healthy 4 Life' Exercise Referral program It is designed to create a positive change through exercise for those patients with specific medical health conditions. The aim is to help patients to include exercise as a regular part of daily life
