VAM Investments Group is a private equity holding company located in Milan, investing its capital alongside private and institutional co-investors. The target investment size is between €10m and €50m. Since 2013, VAM systematically operates in the research, negotiation, structuring and management of private equity investments through a team of 10 professionals with significant experience entrepreneurship, strategy & operations, private equity and financial institutions. The investment process is very similar to that of private equity firms and is conducted independently by the VAM team. The capital needed for individual transactions comes partly from VAM itself, through the personal investment of every member of the team, and partly from private investors, mainly Italian and international entrepreneurs and family offices, who freely choose to participate to specific investments, leveraging on the due diligence work coordinated by VAM as well as on their own independent considerations. Each investment is realized through one or more dedicated vehicles, governed by VAM.
