The MIT Group is headed by MIT HOLDINGS GMBH, Berlin, Germany. The group consists of three other companies in Germany and Seabow AG, Switzerland. Based on more than 30 years of international industrial and financing experience as well as intensive cooperation with international investors, MIT and SEABOW offer its services to Separate Accounts in Europe and MENA in particular countries of the GCC for expanding Businesses and Special Situations. We support SMEs to expand internationally (especially into the GCC states) as well as to finance themselves in this way. We support investors - especially from the Arab region by creating access to target companies and investments and by managing the engagement. The MIT Group has the experience of several PE funds with over 70 investors from the GCC countries. One of the funds was structured Shariah compliant - to our knowledge the first in Germany at that time. The cooperation with the Shariah Board in Saudi Arabia was one of the tasks. The close partnership with a sister company (consulting and investments) in Saudi Arabia as well as government agencies in various GCC states dates back to this time.
