The Extreme Light Infrastructure ERIC is the world’s most advanced high-power laser research infrastructure. The international user facility, ELI ERIC, will provide access to world-class high-power, high-repetition-rate laser systems and enable cutting-edge research in physical, chemical, materials, and medical sciences, as well as breakthrough technological innovations and explore new regimes of high intensity physics. ELI ERIC will operate as a single multi-site organisation made up of two complementary facilities each with different capabilities in terms of lasers and secondary sources: ELI Beamlines in Dolní Břežany (Czech Republic) and ELI ALPS in Szeged (Hungary).
