CSI was founded by Kirk Davidson as a satellite office of Electronic Based Monitoring of Dallas, TX in 1996. In 2003, Mr. Davidson purchased the rights to the Austin, TX office and renamed it Commercial Security Integration, CSI. CSI was acquired by Paladin Technologies in June 2021 and makes up the Austin Security Division.
