"Health Reform" will do nothing to contain medical costs for employers. In fact projected increases in costs, because of the Federal Law, may drive many employers away from providing benefits at all. That may prove catastrophic to many individuals who have historically relied on their employer's health benefits for cost effective access to needed care, regardless of the existence of Exchanges. Yet at the same time entrepreneurs, inventors and experts across the United States are offering effective solutions that can deliver higher quality health care and manage costs. The traditional health care delivery and insurance marketplace has little incentive to bring these programs to employers.
