The Trade Secrets Institute (TSI) at Brooklyn Law School is designed to provide comprehensive, neutral coverage of key trade secret cases and legislative initiatives throughout the United States. It has established a database—the first of its kind in the nation—that connects users to supporting documents, briefs, motions, and timelines for current cases, as well as recent updates on pending legislation and regulations concerning trade secrets.
