Based on a solid foundation of experience, customer focus and innovation with a great reputation and compounding growth in 2013 Centerline Homes was acquired by Standard Pacific a public homebuilding company. Centerline Capital Advisors was formed in 2014 with a mission of bringing together an experienced and diverse team of real estate professionals to continue the Centerline Homes legacy further into the real estate industry. The primary focus of Centerline Capital Advisors is on delivering and managing income producing assets, land acquisition, selling entitled or developed homes sites, and investments into homebuilding related assets.
