Oakland University's School of Engineering and Computer Science offers instruction leading to degrees at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. Offered programs are: Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The overall mission of the School of Engineering and Computer Science is threefold: 1) To provide high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs of instruction in engineering and computer science to prepare graduates for careers in the coming decades, 2) To advance knowledge through basic and applied research in relevant branches of engineering and computer science, and 3) To provide service to both the engineering profession and public of the State of Michigan.
