Havering Mind is a local charity that provides support and guidance to empower those experiencing mental health difficulties, encouraging them to live a full and rewarding life. We provide a range of services to the local community of Havering including our community wellbeing service, mentoring for young people aged 10-18, support for the carers of those dealing with mental health problems and support for the over 65s
