We are a privately owned multi-disciplinary orthopedic clinic in Auburn, WA. We enjoy a non-corporate work environment. All management is on site, accessible, supportive, and encourages autonomy of the therapy department. The therapy department is managed by an experienced physical therapist. We opened our doors in 2001 with two therapists and grew over the years, moving into a new building with expanded therapy space in 2008 where we currently have a team of 6 amazing therapists. The clinic is well equipped with a gym area, 4 treatment rooms, 6 hi-low tables and all the standard therapy equipment. The patient experience is priority #1 at Cascade. We strive to provide convenient patient access, a safe predictable place to heal, consistency of care, and of course, favorable outcomes. We believe these can only be achieved by hiring high quality providers and then supporting them with a stable work environment, a manageable schedule, and the tools they need to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
