This approach utilises the Systems Approach to Organisational Resilience Framework, underpinned by the Corporate Maturity Model. This framework assists with benchmarking, internal auditing and strategy planning of the organisation. All advice is based on academic research and a number years of experience obtained within the Armed Forces and Industry. The Maturity model and Resilience framework has been designed as part of a Doctoral level research programme. Squared Apples also seeks to provide honest advice and support to Veterans seeking to enter into industry and the civilian workforce, through advice, support and linking individuals with supportive organisations and charities.
