St. Lucie Injury and Health, LLC is focused on Occupational Health and Testing for both DOT and Non-DOT businesses. We are a preferred collection location for Quest Diagnostics for Drug Testing, Breath Alcohol Testing as well as hair analysis and saliva samples. Our Breath Alcohol device is the Lifeloc Pheonix 6.0 evidentiary machine with printing. Our wait times are minimal. We do ask that all physicals be scheduled.
