The Perinatal Wellbeing Canterbury Trust was created in 2007 by a group of concerned medical professionals and parents who had themselves been affected by anxiety, depression and other issues related to a decline in perinatal mental wellbeing. The key community needs on which we intend to focus our energy and resources on over the next three years are: ● Support and assistance to parents and whanau with perinatal mental wellbeing issues ● Early intervention and preventative services ● Public awareness Vision Our vision for our community is Mentally Healthy Parents.
