Our Early Head Start and Head Start programs are designed to give one to five year old children and their families the experiences they need to bring about success in public schools and improve their quality of family life. Children receive medical, dental, speech, hearing and developmental screenings. Follow-up services are provided as needed. We accept applications of children 0 to 5 years of age year round. We mainstream children with disabilities. We currently have 13 locations all across eastern San Diego County, providing a variety of program options to meet your family's needs. All Kids Academy Head Start, Inc. is based on the premise that all children share certain needs, and children from low-income families in particular, can benefit from a comprehensive, researched based, child development program designed to meet those needs and close the achievement gap. Our approach embodies both the child and their family by providing comprehensive services to ensure each child is healthy and ready for school, while supporting parents in their work and child-rearing roles.
