DECART Ltd is an architectural studio based in Varna, Bulgaria, founded by Diana Dimova and Encho Dimov, in 1994. In 2007 Konstantin Dimov and arch. Chavadara Nikolova joined the team. We believe that the secret of successful team work is the combination of broad experience with contemporary cutting-edge ideas that reach consensus in balancing the most contradictory requirements of our modern urban environment.
