Our Mission: Empowering girls and women to lead through mentorship, talent development and advocacy. EmpowHERment, Inc. is a Charlotte, NC based not for profit organization. We are committed to empowering a continuous network of girls and women to be leaders through mentorship, talent development and advocacy. Our programs connect girls in grades 6-12 with women in their local communities. Our EmpowHERment model provides a reciprocal growth opportunity where both our girls and women strengthen their talents, voice and network as leaders. When she succeeds, we succeed
