Our online platform is PHIPA and PIPEDA-compliant and offers straightforward, easy to use video, talk and text therapy for half the price of in-person therapy. Plus, we connect you with a therapist within 24 hours. We have a network of certified psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers who use a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, with a focus on overall wellbeing.
