"Beer from the land of a thousand Engineers". Five years ago we were five engineers with university degrees in our good and well-payed office jobs. But we were bit bored and wanted to have a hobby in craft - something where you can see results quickly. Well, we ended up to brew craft beer. At the same time, craft beer boomed in Finland and things got bigger than we thought. Last year 2016 we already brewed 120 000 litres. Ruosniemen Brewery is run by a group of guys with a wide range of engineering skills, uncompromising attitude towards brewing and a passion for developing the beer culture. We brew high quality craft beer for the people, who prefer interesting and challenging flavors instead of low price and easy drinkability. Our core range consists of 11 products from IPA's to bitter and from saisons to imperial stouts. Our black smoked saison Musta Lomittaja won a category of Best Smoke Flavored Beer in World Beer Awards 2017. Also our Arkkitehti #000000 IPA and Diplomi-insinööri Double IPA were awarded in WBA17 being the best Finnish beers in their categories.
