At the root of our material is an emphasis on social and emotional intelligence (SEQ), with a focus on communication, leadership and team-building. SEQ is our ability to understand ours and other internal state and to act intelligently in human interactions. We believe SEQ is at the forefront of a happy and fulfilling relationship, career and life. That’s because they are all connected, so we take a holistic view and emphasize the importance of establishing your foundation. Communication is a skill We believe that people are similar, but not all situations are equal. Accepting this concept is extremely important in helping you unlock your superpowers. We have them, every single one of us; you just might not know what yours are, yet. As technology continues to advance rapidly, so too does our methods of communication. For many, in-person and telephone calls have been replaced by emails and instant messages. This can cause us to forget that there is another person behind the screen. That’s why we utilize a peer coaching process that highlights three principles required for sustained success – Relationship, Dialogue, Reciprocity.
