Set up in 2008 by Keith Tolley and Dr Amanda Strickson, Tolley Health Economics (THE) are now a small and focussed team of 14, comprising health economists, medical writers, and executive support staff that produces high quality (publishable) HTA-related activities. We offer a decision-focused approach to your evidence generation for your UK HTA submissions, with the emphasis on starting early to support the planning of your Phase III trials. This approach is based on our experience of what constitutes the best evidence submission strategy for meeting the critical needs of NICE and SMC to demonstrate clinical and cost-effectiveness. For our larger projects, THE partner with an extensive network of strategic researchers and consultants experienced in a range of skills including economic modelling, indirect comparisons and statistical analysis. This expertise can be called on as required for specific client projects. In addition, we have extensive contacts with key academics and HTA policy advisors across Europe.
