Welcome and thank you for your interest in Cone Health's PGY1 / PGY2 / MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency. The goal of our program is to provide residents with broad clinical, administrative, and system level leadership opportunities to prepare candidates for leadership careers in clinical and operational management positions in a health-system, and advanced leadership positions throughout healthcare. Cone Health provides unique experiences across its integrated delivery network that expose residents to a broad range of practice sites, leadership roles, and experiential opportunities both in pharmacy and across the entire healthcare spectrum.
