We live in a progressive country of freedom whereby mass incarceration can be eliminated through innovative criminal justice reform initiatives in collaboration with our governments, educational institutions, corporations, foundations, and community-based organizations. RISE goals are to build partnerships with such entities to effectively co-create a a paradigm of criminal justice reform initiatives that are innovative, effective, and sustainable.
