Forty-three (43) years later, the WLA continues its mission to advance women in the legal profession, promote diversity, equality and justice within the legal system, and improve the status of women in the community. Amongst many of its contributions, the WLA gives scholarships to exemplary law students, provides valuable networking opportunities to members, and endorses qualified candidates for judicial positions.
