ATD Maryland is the local chapter of ATD (Association for Talent Development), the world's leading association of workplace learning and performance professionals representing Baltimore and the surrounding areas in Maryland. ATD Maryland was founded in 1949 and is one of over 140 ATD chapters throughout the world. Chapter members include trainers, consultants, organizational development specialists, instructional designers, human resources professionals, and all individuals or organizations that utilize the ATD Competency Model in aspects of their profession.
