It's just a polite way of saying, "We're better than all those other guys out there -- and we can prove it!" Seriously, we are pretty different from your average audio/video store. We think that's a good thing. In other words, we're different because we feel it's the best way to do business today -- and the best way to keep you coming back tomorrow. One of the many ways in which we're different is the scope of what we do. While we stay pretty focused on audio, video, home theater, and home-entertainment-related things, we're one of the few dealers in the country who is just as involved in offering equipment for sale to retail customers as we are in providing design and installation of full-blown in-home audio video systems.. Sadly, one of the most unusual things about Bjorn's is our extensive, in-house service department. We say sadly because so few other dealers care about their customers enough to provide their own service departments. It's much easier (and cheaper for the dealer, too) to send unhappy customers needing repairs off to some uninterested third party -- but if you've got a problem, we want to be the ones to help take care of it.
