While we have witnessed many significant advances in treating this devastating disease, nothing takes the place of the power, inspiration, companionship, and connection that comes from community. CSC is here to provide relevant and highly personalized support when and where it is needed most. Whether a patient, survivor, loved one, or caregiver, CSC offers a variety of professionally-led and evidence-based programs designed to enhance quality of life and strengthen survivorship. Offered in person and virtually, this community-based support is at no cost to our participants and includes weekly support groups, healthy lifestyle activities like yoga and meditation, educational presentations, family programs, and social opportunities to connect and reduce isolation.
