In particular, Indeotec commercializes the Octopus II product-line, a fully automated, multi-facet and versatile platform combining state of the art proprietary Mirror PECVD reactors and PVD sources for double-side deposition of complex stack-layers in a single vacuum sequence with extremely limited substrate manipulations. The Mirror PECVD technology is being integrated into Octopus 3 product-line for mass-manufacturing of very high efficiency HJT solar cells.
