Suarez Media production is a Learning Experience Design and eLearning Development company run by Joseph Suarez. Joseph has been described as a “learning and development renaissance man” for his depth of skills and experience around adult learning and use of learning technologies. He brings his passion for effective design and development into crafting a wide variety of user-centered learning solutions. His career has spanned several industries including healthcare, manufacturing, IT services, and retail. Accomplishments include supporting the rollout of several high-profile internal software systems, learning management systems, and an award-winning mobile performance support app. In 2022, Joseph was a key player in the design and development of a Manufacturing Academy. The revamped on-boarding program led to a 40% improvement in time to proficiency. Since 2020, Joseph has been a full-time independent consultant helping clients improve the quality of their learning solutions. He enjoys sharpening his skills and testing new technologies. He also speaks and writes about his craft by producing and hosting podcasts (Instructional Redesign) and a YouTube channel (eLearning Out Loud).
