Professional Real Estate Appraisers is a small business consisting of 2 Appraisers. Daniel J. Marshall, Sr is our cheif Appraiser who has been in business since 1993 but practicing as an Appraiser for more than 25 years. He is FHA approved. Jennifer Carter is our second appraiser. She has been Licence for a little over 5 years, but has been in the family business for over 15 years.
