ABI-LAB’s mission is to shorten the process from concept to execution by removing operational and financial obstacles. We’re proud to be able to tell residents that they can “Move in today, start your science tomorrow” by facilitating and simplifying the process of acquiring lab space. Our team works with our tenants to offer a comprehensive rate and create conscious designs. Once we welcome a new company, we become a partner with them in their success, working tirelessly to allow their team to focus on the science while we handle the rest. Since 2016, ABI-LAB now has two facilities, 45 companies, and almost 300 tenants in their facilities locally and eager to expand. The two facilities offer private, fitted lab suites which can be customized to suit company’s needs. From tissue culture rooms to clean rooms, our team is capable of executing on ideas that will optimize your team’s workflows. ABI-LAB 1 is a 17,000 square foot facility that offers private suites and office space for companies whose spaces range in size, and average at 500 sq ft. In realizing the potential for lab suites, ABI-LAB 2 was completed in January of 2019 and offers a 68,000 sq ft, BSL2, state of the art facility to companies who require approx. 800 sq ft – 2,000 sq ft.
