Singapore Productivity Centre (SGPC), the national competency centre that help Food Services, Retail and Hotel enterprises to transform, innovate and be future-ready. SGPC has assisted over 1,000 companies through a comprehensive range of services and solutions. These include in-depth productivity and business consultancy, workshops and masterclasses as well as overseas best practices study missions. SGPC is also a resource centre with research and publications of benchmarking studies, applied research and case studies. With the formation of SGPC, endorsed by the National Productivity and Continuing Education Council (now known as The Future Economy Council), companies in the retail and food service sectors can approach a single resource centre for expert productivity assistance.
