Fingiaco is an independent Financial Advisory company whose activities consist of two main service lines: corporate financial services and investment services. Corporate Finance is the service line dedicated to structured and extraordinary finance and is divided in three areas: debt advisory, deal advisory and performance improvement. Investment area offers services from the structuring to the final execution of the deal, also including risk monitoring activities, for both equity and debt investors.
