You can find more information on membership at www.cepani.be! CEPANI has a twofold goal: Firstly, CEPANI supports arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings. This means it designates arbitrators, mediators, experts or independent thirds, monitors the course of the procedure and provides financial and juridical services. CEPANI was moreover selected to oversee .be domain name disputes. Secondly, it works to promote the practice of arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR nationally as well as internationally. To this end, the center organises lectures, colloquiums, seminars, a scientific prize and the publication of books. CEPANI offers Arbitration and Mediation as well as other conciliation Rules. These Rules were updated as recently as July 1, 2020. They can be found in multiple languages on our website (www.cepani.be).
