HMU is a non-profit organisation that strives to help the already working hard youth reach their potential through providing them with information and resources they need to further their studies after finishing matric/high school. Our vision is to see more South African rural & township youth being more informed about the academic opportunities that lie ahead of them, and have access to such information & resources that allows them to reach for those opportunities after completing high school. HMU therefore aims to join the already existing organisations and platforms that are trying to make higher education affordable for many South African youth, with the primary focus being the rural areas and townships of RSA. This of course can only be achieved through working with other similar organisations and the support from the South African community.
