The Directors of Volunteer Administration DOVA is an association of professionals who recruit and work with volunteers at non-profit organizations in Greater Boston. DOVA fosters professional development by offering program meetings about volunteer management, recruitment, marketing, and screening, as well as opportunities to share experiences, ideas, best practices, and skills with colleagues.
