Summit Associates was established in April 2000 and was incorporated in July 2001 in the State of California. We are certified DBE/UDBE/MBE/SBE firm with the State of California and other state agencies. We are comprised of experienced project managers, resident engineers, assistant resident engineers, structures representatives, construction inspectors, specialty inspectors, QA inspectors, materials testers, construction office engineers, labor compliance support, construction claims specialist, and construction schedulers. Summit Associates has extensive experience on bridges, roadway, building, utilities, railroad, airports, facilities, and water resource construction programs/projects.
