Bigger. Faster. Stronger. Traditionally, that’s been accepted as what separates athletes. Seven years in Major League Baseball taught me that’s not the case. What really separates athletes is their mindset. More specifically, a Major League Mindset. Once developed, it becomes a personal source of power and the key to athletes unlocking themselves, gaining a competitive edge, and taking their game and life to a level they never thought possible. Training the mind in a structured and intentional way is what separates the best from the rest, and I’ve dedicated my post-playing career to doing just that and impacting the lives of athletes, on and off the field.
