The purpose of WIB is to educate both men and women on the female experience in the workplace and highlight how everyone can make efforts to have more women in positions of leadership. Too often women are affected by discussions they were never a part of. The goal of this organization is to create a new generation of woman who can follow in the footsteps of these industry leaders and make pivotal changes in their organizations.
