Basingstoke Sports Trust

Basingstoke Sports Trust is a not-for-profit, charitable leisure organisation established over 40 years ago in 1970. The Trust is independent and owns and manages Basingstoke Sports Centre at Festival Place. The Trust is dedicated to providing local communities with the opportunity to take part in physical activity and health and wellbeing programmes. We have a wide range of sport and leisure facilities and services at the Centre and we are keen to work with partners to expand our offer into other community-based settings. We have specialist expertise in managing and delivering health and wellbeing programmes including Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Referral and are now working with partners to broaden our current scope. We are also able to work with partners to maximise the use of their sporting and leisure facilities and are particularly keen to hear from schools and colleges who are thinking about opening their facilities up to the public during extra-curricular time to generate new income streams. Likewise, we are developing a health and fitness model that can be incorporated into existing hotels and golf clubs and would welcome a no-obligation discussion should this be something you may wish to consider. For more details about Basingstoke Sports Centre, please visit our website using the link below. For a discussion on potential partnership working, please contact our Chief Executive, James Starbuck, at james.starbuck@sportscentre.org.uk.
