Despite its young organizational age, tbp is staffed by professionals with more than eight decades of experience in providing strategic focus and Organizational Effectiveness, with specialised attention on Human Resource Management (HRM). We have quickly grown into a network of partners and collaborators across private, public and Non-Governmental sectors. With a network of over 200 professionals across Africa in building individuals, teams and organizations, tbp facilitates capacity enhancements and knowledge sharing to enable others as we enable ourselves.
