CISE promotes entrepreneurial culture and the generation of start-ups. Through innovative training programs combining agile methodologies and real-life experiences, CISE stimulates creativity and promotes innovation. The Centre’s designs and implements programs ranging from research, to education, and entrepreneurial and SME support. CISE enjoys the support of Santander Bank, through Santander Universities Division, the University of Cantabria, and the Regional Government of Cantabria, three institutions that share a deep commitment to the development of a knowledge-based society.
