To date the firm has made 100+ investments amounting to $3Bn+ of total transaction volume. Real Estate The firm focuses on acquiring high quality real estate assets at a discount to replacement cost. We target value-add, opportunistic, and core investments and invest across the capital structure. Our current area of focus is multifamily; however, we opportunistically invest in all real estate asset classes. RGI partners with seasoned management teams with a proven track record. Our capital structures have allowed us to purchase deals ranging from smaller single assets to large portfolios. Funds RGI's private equity investments range from pre profit startups to later stage pre-IPO investments. We have partaken in investment opportunities across industries including energy and natural resources, various industrial subsectors, technology and media, and various retail and consumer brands. Credit RGI's lending platform has originated senior and mezzanine loans collateralized by real estate. In addition to our core credit business of lending on real estate, we have provided loans secured by esoteric assets ranging from art to gold mines.
